Volunteers

Tamworth CAB employs a small number of paid staff, but relies heavily on a much larger number of volunteers.

Volunteers come from all walks of life, some having long work experience and qualifications, while others don't. You should not be put off if you don't have a career, or haven't gained any qualifications, we still need you.

We are looking for people  who want to help in this important work, and be willing to work as a team member. You need to be reliable, have an open mind, be able to get on with people and have a willingness to learn.

We are particularly keen to recruit disabled people, those from BME communities, retired people and people who have home responsibilities who would like to develop their skills before returning to paid employment.
